Jan. 1st., 2012	to	March 30th., 2012	$800 per month $50 per night
April 1st, 2012	to	April 30th, 2012	$500 per week $  75 per night
May 1st, 2012	to	Sept. 30th, 2012	$135.00 per night (4 night min) $900.00 per week
Oct. 1st, 2012	to	Oct. 31st, 2012	$75.00 per night
Nov.1st , 2012	to	March 30th, 2013	$800.00 per month $50.00 per night

 

Please Note:

• These rates are well under the motel regular rates and are quoted as a flat rate with all taxes and extras included.  Just complete the rental agreement and forward to me for processing.
   
• Until confirmed all rates are subject to change without notice. 
   
• Both properties are individually owned.
   
• Call 843-222-2265 for unannounced rates and deals.
   
• Rentals include linens and towels.
   
• There is a $35 extra replacement charge on 7 night rentals for refreshing the linen if required
   
• $50 Cleaning Fee on stays less 7 nights.
   
• Please refer to the contract and forward same to address listed with deposit for confirmation of desired dates
