Rates (in US Dollars ):
 

April 5th., 2008	to	May 31st., 2008	$99.00 per night or $800 per week (Minimum 4 nights)
May 31st, 2008	to	Sept 6th., 2008	$145.00 per night or $1000 per week (Minimum 4 nights)
Sept 6th., 2008	to	Oct 11th., 2008	$50.00 per night or $450 per week (Minimum 4 nights)
Oct 11th., 2008	to	Dec 6th., 2008	$350 per week
Dec 6th., 2008	to	March, 2009	Snowbird Special $850 per month

 

Please Note:

• These rates are well under the motel regular rates and are quoted as a flat rate with all taxes and extras included.  Just complete the rental agreement and forward to me for processing.
   
• Until confirmed all rates are subject to change without notice. 
   
• Both properties are individually owned.
   
• Call 843-222-2265 for unannounced rates and deals.
   
• Rentals include linens and towels.
   
• There is a $35 extra replacement charge on 7 night rentals for refreshing the linen if required
   
• $50 Cleaning Fee on stays less 7 nights.
   
• Please refer to the contract and forward same to address listed with deposit for confirmation of desired dates
